混凝土离析主要还是搅拌站调配混凝土的技术问题,不同级别的混凝土配比都有严格的规范,水、水泥、砂石料、外加剂的使用不当都有可能造成混凝土离析。主要由以下及几种情况:
Concrete segregation is mainly the technical problem of mixing concrete in mixing plant. Different levels of concrete proportion have strict specifications, and improper use of water, cement, sand and gravel and additives may cause concrete segregation. It mainly includes the following and several situations:
1、水料配比不当。水加多了,水泥用量少等都会造成离析。
1. The ratio of water and material is improper. More water and less cement will cause segregation.
2、沙子质量不好。沙子中石头多,含水过高也都会造成离析。
2. The quality of the sand is not good. There are many stones in the sand, and the water content is too high to cause segregation.
3、碎石级配不好。碎石粒径增大、级配变差、单一级配都容易造成混凝土的离析现象。
3. The gravel gradation is not good. The segregation of concrete is easy to be caused by the increase of gravel particle size, poor gradation and single gradation.
4、外加剂加过量。缓凝剂等外加剂过量,或者外加剂和水泥的适应性不好也会造成混凝土离析。

虽然混凝土离析的主要原因是搅拌站的技术问题,但是在搅拌车运输和使用中的不当也可能会造成混凝土离析,特别是新手更不能忽视。
Although the main reason of concrete segregation is the technical problems of mixing plant, the improper transportation and use of mixer truck may also cause concrete segregation, especially for novices.
1、水量多了造成的离析。更主要也是新手特别容易犯的错误,没有严格按照搅拌车使用流程来,在头洗车时搅拌罐里的水没有放,或者没有放完就直接进料。
1. Segregation caused by too much water. The most important mistake is that novices are particularly prone to make. They do not strictly follow the mixing process. When washing the car on the first day, the water in the mixing tank is not put in, or the water is directly fed before it is finished.
2、搅拌罐停转造成离析。搅拌罐在运输途中千万不能停,没有搅拌混凝土会出现沙、石、水泥互相脱离,从而离析变质,但是这时更要担心闷罐。
2. The mixing tank stopped running and caused segregation. The mixing tank must not be stopped during transportation. Without mixing, sand, stone and cement will be separated from each other, resulting in segregation and deterioration. However, it is more important to worry about the tank being stuffy.
3、搅拌罐转速过快离析。混凝土在运输过程中如果驾驶员使搅拌罐转速太快,在离心力的作用下会造成较重的碎石子下沉。
3. The rotating speed of mixing tank is too fast to separate. In the process of concrete transportation, if the driver makes the mixing tank rotate too fast, heavy gravel will sink under the action of centrifugal force.
不少人都说搅拌罐越大越容易离析,罐体设计不合格的确会造离析现象,但是与罐体大小关系不大。主要是罐体内部搅拌叶片的安装设计角度以及做工等不合格造成的。
