The general situation is as follows:

一、检查一下液压油是否漏光了（管子坏了换管子，密封件坏了换密封件）!

二、检查一下散热器风扇在转没有，液压油乳化变白没有，液压油温度超过90度，液压系统就没有压力，罐子就不转了！（这种情况不要着急，用水冷却一下液压泵，液压马达，液压油温度下来，罐子就可以转动了。把料放出来，赶紧修理散热器或更换液压油！）

2、 Check if the radiator fan is running, if the hydraulic oil is emulsified and turned white, if the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 90 ℃, there will be no pressure in the hydraulic system, and the tank will not turn（ In this case, don't worry. Use water to cool the hydraulic pump and motor. When the temperature of the hydraulic oil comes down, the can can turn. Let the material out, repair the radiator or change the hydraulic oil

三、运输途中没有注意，罐子停了！混凝土塌住了，罐子翻不过去！（感觉有压力能转一点就可能是这种情况）

3、 I didn't pay attention during transportation. The jar stopped! The concrete has collapsed and the jar can't turn over（ If you feel pressure, you can turn a little bit. This may be the case.)

四、发动机故障（不可能哦，轰隆隆响起在！！）

4、 Engine failure (impossible, boom, boom, boom

五、传动轴十字节损坏，断了（a断了立即更换一根传动轴;b传动轴好的）；

5、 The cross joint of transmission shaft is damaged and broken (a) replace a transmission shaft immediately if it is broken; B) transmission shaft (good);

六、液压泵损坏了（情况复杂一点，内泻严重，其他损坏）；

6、 The hydraulic pump is damaged (the situation is a little more complicated, the internal leakage is serious, and other damage is caused);

以上六种情况出现，且混凝土没有凝结，液压马达、减速机没有故障，可以使用应急装置，用另一辆搅拌车的液压泵带动液压马达转动罐子，将混凝土放出，再检修！如何使用应急装置及注意事项，今后会再讲到！！

七、液压马达损坏了！

第七、八两种情况出现，不能使用应急装置！可以将罐体上的检查盖打开将混凝土放出。

→检查盖在罐体上方怎么办？？可以用塔机、卷扬机将罐体检查盖旋转到下方，将混凝土放出；

What to do if the cover is above the tank?? The tower crane and winch can be used to rotate the inspection cover of the tank to the bottom to release the concrete;

→罐子卡住了旋转不动怎么办？可以在罐体侧下方用气割开一个50厘米见方的孔（注意避开罐里的螺旋叶片，割下的罐壁一定保留，修复起来迅速、方便而且美观），将混凝土放出。

What if the jar gets stuck and doesn't rotate? A 50 cm square hole can be cut under the side of the tank (pay attention to avoid the spiral blade in the tank, the cut tank wall must be retained, and the repair is fast, convenient and beautiful) to release the concrete.

罐子不转了，不要惊慌！不要忙乱！

The jar doesn't work. Don't panic! Don't rush!

坚持一个原则，不要让混凝土凝结在罐子里，清理凝固在搅拌罐里的混凝土是又费时间、又费钱的事！混凝土放出来，你可以从容处理搅拌车的故障！！
