1、水泥出料前，搅拌筒应以10～12rpm的转速旋转1分钟后出料。

2、卸料后，应立即用车上的软管冲洗入口、卸料漏斗和卸料槽，将附着在车体上的污垢和残余混凝土排出，然后向搅拌筒内注水。回程时，搅拌筒应缓慢转动，清理内壁，以免残留的炉渣附着在筒壁上，搅拌叶片在一次装料前将水排干。

5、水泵工作时，严禁空转，连续使用时间不得超过15分钟。

6、水箱的水量应始终处于满水状态，以备紧急使用。冬季停机后，应将水箱、水泵、水管、搅拌桶内的水排干，并将水贮存在朝阳无水的地方，以免冻伤机器。

7、冬季搅拌车应及时安装保温套管，并用防冻剂保护搅拌机。燃油标签应根据天气变化进行更换，以保证机器的正常使用。

8、泥搅拌运输车液力传动部分检修时，发动机、液压泵应无压运转。
