一、自上料搅拌车搅拌轴停止转动的原因:在生产过程中当出现混凝土自上料搅拌车搅拌轴停止转动或是转动有点缓慢都是正常现象,如果这种情况停机检查,看看有没有出现下列三种情况。

1、混凝土自动上料搅拌车电机传动皮带过松的情况,只需停机后调整混凝土搅拌机电机传动皮带的张紧度即可。

2、混凝土自动上料搅拌车超载而造成搅拌轴停转,只需调整进料量,卸出多余的物料,降低搅拌轴转动负荷即可。

1、自动上料搅拌车应停入在平地上,并将铲斗平放地面。当发动机熄火后,需反复多次扳动工作装置操纵手柄,确保各液压缸处于无压休息状态。当自动上料搅拌车只能停在坡道上时,要将轮胎垫牢。
